Our client is a family-owned company in the plant engineering industry in the food industry, located in Point Venture, TX with approximately 100 employees. The company greatly benefits from the current demand for energy-efficient solutions. In light of the growing tasks, this newly created position with a focus on HR and other commercially-oriented strategic projects is to be filled.

Your challenge:

  • As the right hand of the owner and sole HR generalist, you are responsible for holistic personnel management and provide advisory support to management
  • As an idea and impetus provider, you play a key role in developing targeted solutions in the context of recruiting and personnel development
  • You are also responsible for establishing strategic controlling
  • In addition, you will take on strategic project tasks for further company development

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification
  • You also have initial experience in human resources, for example as a HR specialist, HR assistant, recruiter, or controller, with a willingness to familiarize yourself with HR topics
  • You feel comfortable with strategic topics and want to develop professionally into a management position in the future
  • Good language skills in German and English round off your profile
