The State Sports Association of North Rhine-Westphalia is the umbrella organization for non-profit sports in North Rhine-Westphalia. In this role, it represents the interests of sports enthusiasts in approximately 9,000 sports clubs in NRW.

In the department of "Education and Qualification," we develop and manage qualification programs. We also provide advice to dedicated individuals in sports clubs and prepare them for current and future tasks.

Our dedicated team in "Service/Qualification" is responsible for important tasks for organized sports. Would you like to support us in this role?

We are currently seeking a

Administrative Assistant for User Support & Digital Infrastructure (m/f/d)

The position is located in Duisburg and the working hours are 39 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:
Consulting and supporting external users of our digital systems (e.g. Shopware, Moodle, Eyebase, our LSB administrative software)
Consulting and supporting participants in qualification measures regarding the licensing system (both content and technical support)
Continuous updating and maintenance of our software systems
Further development of the "Qualification" ticketing system
Creation of documentation for all tickets and description of workflows
Assistance with the implementation and use of new software

Your qualifications:
Commercial training or training as an IT system specialist (m/f/d)
