Customer Care Representative (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK PROFILE

Written processing of customer inquiries from all over Germany
Identification of cases and forwarding to the respective contact persons
Outbound calls in individual cases, if there is no response to previous emails
Continuous collaboration and coordination with colleagues
Interface management between customers, markets, and workshops
Further development and compliance with processes and workflows

YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE

Service-oriented education or comparable qualifications
First experience in customer service / customer care and handling of MS Office is an advantage
Ideally, knowledge of order processing systems
Excellent communication skills and reliability
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
