As a so-called hidden champion, Tembo has become a global player for construction, automation, and the development of innovative machine platforms.

At our German location ITM Germany - in Schwalmtal near Mönchengladbach - we develop control systems and concepts based on the latest technologies for production machines of the Tembo Group with around 30 employees.

This involves combining various disciplines such as high-speed processes and quality assurance systems with the aspects of Industry 4.0. Our products are used worldwide by renowned customers such as Philip Morris, Tetra Pak, or Henkel.

Sounds exciting and challenging? Then become part of our team as an electrical engineer (m/f/d) - commissioning permanent, full-time The job: Our employees at ITM Germany develop and manufacture control systems for the machine platforms of the Tembo Group.

As an electrical engineer (m/f/d), you will travel worldwide to install, maintain and upgrade the controls in other branches and at our customers.

You accompany new machines from the beginning. This starts with preparing the software, such as adjustments to the specification. Next, you test our control cabinets before delivery.

Then you commission the machines at the customer, accompany the first production runs and ensure that our customers receive the product quality they desire.
