Are you looking for your next challenge in a young company where you can bring your own ideas to life? Then we are looking for you As a team leader at Picnic, also known as a Captain, you will be responsible for the daily operations at our Fulfillment Centers (FC).

You will coach, motivate, and lead your team of shoppers (warehouse employees) to ensure a smooth process of our operations.

In short

As a team leader, you will be responsible for a team of around 20 shoppers who pack and process orders. You will ensure that they work safely and efficiently. As a good Captain, you also know how to motivate your team, strengthen team spirit, and create a positive work atmosphere where every team member feels comfortable. As the first point of contact for your shoppers, you always have an open ear for them and know how to help them with their concerns

However, you not only coordinate your team, but also have an overview of the entire department.

By working together with the other team leaders and the supervisor, you ensure that the entire FC achieves its daily goals.

With your quick understanding and proactive approach, you know exactly where support is needed and ensure a smooth process in our FCs every day.
