Drive the energy transition forward with Nowega. We ensure a secure energy supply in Germany - now and in the future. Nowega GmbH is one of the German transmission system operators based in Münster.

With our current team of around 130 employees, we operate and market our approximately kilometer-long, state-of-the-art high-pressure gas network and offer our customers complementary, highly specialized services.

Currently, we are developing our pipeline infrastructure for the use of hydrogen (continue) in one of the first implementation projects of the hydrogen core network, actively contributing to the energy transition.

We are looking for your support for the legal department (w/m/d) in a staff function, initially for 2 years, full-time or part-time (from 20 hours/week) at our location in Münster.


Here's what you'll do:
Support the legal department in ongoing audits and the legal design of contracts and agreements for various departments. Participation in the design of contracts in the context of building one of the first hydrogen core networks. Development of contractual regulations for the use and application of electric vehicles within the company.

Completed legal studies (first and second state examination), preferably with some professional experience. Excellent knowledge of civil, commercial, and company law, insurance and contract law (energy law desirable). Sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, communication skills, and team spirit.
