I have adopted a 6-month-old puppy, who will turn 7 months on the 1st. He is affectionate with my partner, but with me it's the opposite - he is afraid of me, has separation anxiety, etc. I think he may have had a traumatic experience with a man when he was younger... I need help because I have always grown up with dogs and it breaks my heart to see him like this with me.
