Your responsibilities:

  • Order processing (SAP Business One), order confirmation, delivery note, invoice, UPS label, prepayment invoice, credit notes, creation of sample accompanying documents, maintenance of master data new customer setup, shipping documents for courier services, packing of analysis sets/accessories
  • Working with various customer portals/invoice portals
  • Customer contact/correspondence (e.g. telephone orders)
  • Contact person for our German and international customers

Your profile:

  • Experience in the commercial sector
  • Reliable and fast working style
  • High level of flexibility/independence/accuracy
  • Organizational skills
  • Resilience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of English
