Your contribution to our success

In your new role as a receptionist, you will be the friendly face and smart point of contact for our customers, representing us as a brand ambassador in person, on the phone, and via email
You will also welcome and assist business partners, suppliers, and visitors
Your responsibilities will also include handling incoming and outgoing mail, as well as ordering and managing office supplies
Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering meals for employees
You will have an eye for maintaining a professional appearance in our exhibition rooms and will manage and prepare conference rooms
Last but not least, you will be willing to take on and independently complete special tasks
