As a Blue Sea Paraprofessional, you will have an opportunity for

Career advancement into the fields of Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, Social Work, and Teaching
Paid training to support your career plan

Responsibilities:

Working with students ages 52
Assist student in transitioning from one activity to the next
Implement Behavior Intervention Plan if one is in place
Assist and facilitate appropriate peer interactions
Support classroom teacher in implementing IEP (Individualized Education Program)
Provide positive reinforcement
Use strategies of ABA & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to provide support

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (Associates preferred)
Steady work history
Must have reliable transportation
Available during school hours, Monday through Friday
Work history that includes experience working with children a plus
Work history that includes experience working in an educational setting a plus
