At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a *Surveying Engineer as a Testing Engineer for Alignment and Train Dynamics (m/f/d)* for DB InfraGO AG at the *Berlin location*.

*Your tasks:

You review alignment designs for the construction, reconstruction, or renewal of rail routes with regard to train dynamic and track-related aspects
You also examine the alignment of track sections for potential speed increases and check speed gradings for route and vehicle approvals
You document your review and results in test reports and communicate the technical perspective of your department to clients and planners
Your technical expertise is sought after in all matters of train dynamics and alignment
You always keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, DIN standards, and quality and economic principles
The development and updating of associated regulations is also part of your job profile

*Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed degree in surveying, civil engineering, transportation engineering, or a comparable field
You have several years of professional experience in alignment and excellent knowledge of track geometry
You are proficient in working with planning and calculation programs such as CARD/1, ProVI, and VermESN
You work very conscientiously, have precise written expression, and know how to express your professional opinion in a friendly yet assertive manner
Thanks to your good organizational skills, you keep track of deadlines and priorities
