48-year-old woman with alcohol addiction in Bohners Lake, WI. Need to change habits. I am very disciplined and consistent if someone is "behind me". Currently, I go days without consuming, but eventually I turn to alcohol for a few days and then return to abstinence. My life doesn't feel fulfilling and I need coaching. I am not a spiritual person, I am down-to-earth. I am action-oriented and very committed once I start coaching. I do not meditate or use positive affirmations. I am not interested in exploring my inner child. I want to erase my past or delve into it as little as possible. I need a quote for one hour of coaching, two days a week. Thank you in advance.
