Responsibilities:

Your main tasks will include optimizing and designing office processes
You will also review and process insurance and fund applications, digitize documents for our clients, and maintain the internal CRM system
You will be responsible for independent research tasks
You will have direct contact with customers and business partners (via phone and email)
Leading and organizing projects and events will also be part of your job
In the future, you will be responsible for training new employees
Other tasks will be assigned based on your skills and abilities

Qualifications:

You have completed high school, a technical college degree, or a higher commercial school degree, or alternatively, you have a very good secondary school diploma
Alternatively, you have already completed a vocational training and would like to further develop in a different field
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently are among your strengths, as well as being openminded, eager to learn, and highly responsible
You enjoy working with and for people, are communicative and polite
