Job Description:

The E-Commerce Program Aide creates and updates storefront listing content according to standards and within the defined workflow. Ensures listings are visually appealing, easy to navigate, SEO optimized, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content.


Responsibilities:


  • Creates listing content, updates listing content, edits images, or sources images to ensure assigned listings are reviewed on schedule and meet publishing deadlines.
  • Regularly browses the AgriLife Learn storefront catalog to ensure products, links, content, and services are up to date and working properly and reports any suggested improvements.
  • Monitors and follows guidelines for publishing customer product reviews.
  • Stays current with ecommerce and SEO standards and trends.
  • Assists with event registration listing editing and crosschecking on AgriLife Register on STOVA.
  • Assists with testing listings and features in the Salesforce sandbox and on production storefront listings before they go live.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know


Hourly Rate:
$ $22.31

Required Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of related content writing and editing experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on writing for web and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master online publishing platforms.
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce experience.
  • Online web editing and HTML experience.
