The eDiscovery Evidence Operations Associate Analyst will receive and report on client source data, organize it using proprietary tracking technology, and handle outgoing data shipments.
The eDiscovery Operations Analyst plays a critical role in assisting Epiq's clients with important litigation by carrying out a multitude of technical processes and becoming directly engaged in the processing of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute electronic discovery and data recovery processes.
- Receive and track media using proprietary database technology.
- Organize and track outgoing file transfers and shipments.
- Provide feedback to management about potential software improvements and assist with user acceptance testing prior to new software releases
Requirements:
- Understanding of different Operating Systems (Linux, MAC, Windows);
- A strong desire to learn new skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills and a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure; and
- Work well in a team environment.
