Our client, MTU Maintenance Hannover GmbH, is a market leader in the aviation technology segment.

Aviation technology includes the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft to ensure they remain in a safe and operational condition.

For MTU Maintenance Hannover GmbH at our location in Langenhagen, we are currently seeking a Materials Tester (m/f/d) in special machine construction to start as soon as possible.

These exciting tasks await you:

Preparation of samples and adhesive pull tests
Conducting hardness tests and microhardness tests
Evaluation of samples under a microscope and creation of imprints
Conducting overtemp inspections and xray analyses
Independent entry of samples into the "sample book" computer tool
Cutting of samples and embedding using cold embedding and warm embedding methods
Grinding, polishing, and hardness testing according to specifications
Preparation of CVD samples
Independent conduct of adhesive pull tests

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Completed training as a Materials Tester (m/f/d)
Ability to work independently, concentrated, and reliably on a task for extended periods of time
Clear and understandable communication skills to ensure comprehensive information flow (team, AV, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of PC systems
Basic knowledge of SAP
Advanced English skills
