ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain & update servicing schedules.
  • Verify the availability of applicable resources.
  • Confirm appointments and arrange a location.
  • Manage & confirm appointments.
  • Document scheduling process.
  • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders as necessary.
  • Provide support to the Team as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


  • Eligible to work in the US.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
*Associate's Degree preferred.

  • Minimum six months of related experience in scheduling, call center or dispatching fields.
  • Ability to read and interpret standard company/industry documents & instructions.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Experienced in common commercial software programs (MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
  • Available to occasionally work a nonstandard/afterhours shift after completing the Initial Employment Period (IEP).

This is an on-site position with hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm in Dulles (Sterling), VA._

The hourly rate of pay is $18.00._
