We are currently seeking a temporary worker (M/F/d) to start in May/June 2023 until December 31, 2023.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting the team with influencer marketing campaigns by monitoring and tracking talent using casting and reporting tools
Sending packages for events and influencer seedings, and ensuring timely delivery
Coordinating seasonal sample sets for influencers, including shipments and returns
Supporting the team in styling options for seedings and fittings
Managing stock deliveries through our internal SAP system and placing sample orders
Coordinating international couriers and shipping documents
Maintaining and updating internal budget and invoicing tracker
Updating internal and external presentations
Collaborating with Marketing and Brand Communications teams and working with international affiliates and agencies

What we're looking for:

A degree in marketing, media, communication sciences, or a related field, or equivalent training
Strong organizational skills, proactive work style, and ability to work well under pressure
Openminded, flexible, team player, with a talent for organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Previous administration experience
Experience with budget management
Understanding of supply chain and
