Highland Haven Outlaw gGmbH is a nationwide provider of child and youth services with around 2,100 employees and a diverse range of offerings in the areas of child and youth welfare, child day care, and open child and youth work.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Educator (m/f/d) for our Alt-Wittenau daycare center in Berlin, starting as soon as possible.

In our Reinickendorf daycare center, children are encouraged to let their imagination run wild.

We support them in bringing their creative ideas to life, such as building a treehouse in our daycare center garden based on the children's sketches.

Our preschoolers also have the opportunity to playfully prepare for school in our research house.

As an inclusive daycare center, we teach children important values such as tolerance, consideration, and openness from a young age.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the daily activities in the daycare center
Promoting the individual development of all children
Assisting colleagues in planning and organizing projects and outings
Maintaining a strong partnership with parents through open communication
Contributing your own ideas
Having experience in the inclusive field

Your profile:

Completed training as a staterecognized educator, social pedagogue, social worker, special needs educator, or special needs caregiver
Enthusiasm for diversity
Enjoyment of working with a team and the organization
Interest in intercultural work
