- are the contact person for 3rd level support and solve complex IT problems in the infrastructure
- manage the hybrid server landscape
- create comprehensive IT documentation and update it to secure knowledge and optimize processes
- shape the further development of the client's systems and processes with innovative ideas
Experience
You have
- completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d)
- at least five years of professional experience in a similar position
- excelled as an expert in M365 and Azure
- strong communication skills
- ideally a portfolio of Microsoft certifications
