1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pmElectrical Assembler
We are looking for a skilled assembler to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product.
You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts, and sub-assemblies on any line within the plant, by predetermined standard work.Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions and perform general housekeeping in work areas
Read print drawings to determine dimensions, design, and materials for construction and understand method sheets
Maintain and inspect tools and equipment, and create work orders for tools/equipment to be repaired as needed.
Loading and unloading onto conveyors and carts, operating fork trucks, and hoists.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; Tasks can include but are not limited to: brazing, soldering, operating machines and presses, hanging and unhanging parts, and performing quality checks and tests.
Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process.Knowledgeable of and able to utilize computer systems.
Ability to learn to operate all equipment associated with the job; including, but not limited to, power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
