Are you someone who doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk all day and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty? Do you have a good understanding of logistics processes and customs clearance, but are also willing to actively contribute to our team when needed? At Piab, we are looking for someone like you who wants to use their business skills and practical abilities in a dynamic, international environment.

Your responsibilities:

Handling import and export processes
Creating and reviewing necessary customs and transport documents
Collaborating and communicating with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments
Monitoring delivery dates and inventory levels
Maintaining delivery quality above 95% with the team

Your profile:

Completed commercial education, preferably with a focus on logistics or foreign trade
Experience in customs clearance and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Good written and verbal English skills
Structured, meticulous work style and ability to work in a team
