Human Resources Officer / Recruiter (m/f/d) for Car Dealerships

Your responsibilities:

Handling the entire personnel administration process from entry to exit
Assisting with projects related to personnel matters
Personnel marketing placing and designing job advertisements
Scheduling appointments with candidates and coordinating with different locations
Personnel controlling creating evaluations and statistics for monthly reporting
Assisting with personnel planning
Monitoring and coordinating personnel cost bookings
Directly reporting to the management team

Requirements:

Successfully completed training as a personnel specialist or equivalent commercial training
Professional experience in personnel administration
Professional experience in recruiting
Knowledge of personnel acquisition
Proficient in MS Office
