Your responsibilities:

  • Central application management for CAD systems
  • Coordination in change and release management, control of requirements and bug fixes
  • Communication and management of involved parties such as software manufacturers, software validation, administration, various support services
  • Preparation and holding of regular meetings
  • Concept development and process optimization of IT support services
  • Optimization of change processes
  • Creation of management presentations and IT service statistics
  • Support for software development
  • Conceptualization/assistance in the creation of test strategies
  • Accompanying test installations of new software
  • Consulting of departments and process partners in the application environment
  • Supplier communication (release information, supplier packages)
  • Updating operational documents
  • Management of innovative topics

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics or comparable
  • Project management expertise
  • Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, MSProject)
  • Knowledge of common testing tools
  • JIRA/Confluence knowledge is an advantage
