Your Responsibilities:


  • You will review, classify, and record incoming invoices, as well as monitor due dates
  • You will support the monthly, semiannual, and annual financial statements
  • You will maintain creditor master data and manage open items
  • You will be responsible for preparing payment runs
  • You will optimize and drive processes forward (invoice receipt processes, approval processes, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for booking virtual credit cards

Your Profile:


  • You have a commercial education or a comparable degree
  • You have at least 4+ years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have gained experience in a startup or rapidly growing industry
  • You have excellent MS Office skills or knowledge of the G-Suite
  • You have knowledge of DATEV
  • You are fluent in German and English is not a problem for you
