WE ARE The Asklepios Hospital Bad Abbach is located in close proximity to the World Heritage city of Regensburg and consists of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Orthopedics, the Clinic and Polyclinic for Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology, the Center for Spine and Scoliosis Therapy (Orthopedics II) and the Center for Orthopedic and Rheumatologic Rehabilitation.

We are looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) or Social Worker (m/f/d) to join our team as a temporary replacement for parental leave, working part-time with 20 hours per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Resource-oriented counseling and supportive accompaniment of our rehabilitation patients and their relatives in organizational, social and social legal issues
Information and advice on relevant benefits from health insurance, pension insurance, long-term care insurance, basic security, disability law, reintegration into the workforce and aftercare
Support of the rehabilitants in coping with their respective illness and its consequences
