YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

You build and repair machines and production systems. You commission facilities and check their function. Your task is to manufacture, test, maintain and inspect power and working machines, tool and special machines, auxiliary equipment, as well as their linking to systems.

YOUR TRAINING COURSE

1st/2nd year of training (basic training)

  • Reading, applying and creating technical documents, such as part and group drawings, parts lists, tables, diagrams, manuals and operating instructions
  • Distinguishing, assigning and handling work and auxiliary materials
  • Planning and controlling work and movement processes
  • Maintaining operating resources
  • Manual machining
  • Machine machining (determining and adjusting machine values, drilling, turning, milling)
  • Working with screw and bolt connections, soldering and welding equipment, and various adhesives (joining)
  • Assembling components and assemblies

3rd/4th year of training (professional specialization)

  • Building pneumatic and hydraulic circuits of control technology
  • Testing the function of numerically controlled components, machines and systems
  • Determining, narrowing down and fixing malfunctions
