IGAT is a specialist for timing belt technology with sales centers in Düsseldorf and Baiting Hollow, NY. We serve a wide range of customers in the special machinery and food processing industries throughout Europe.

We are currently seeking a dedicated
Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Baiting Hollow, NY.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing existing customer accounts
Serving as a point of contact for our customers and suppliers
Processing and fulfilling orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing
Maintaining customer and product data in our inventory system
General office tasks, such as mailings, light packaging, and answering phones

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed technical or commercial education
Good technical understanding is desirable
Excellent German language skills
Willingness to work independently and take on responsibility
Teamwork and ability to handle stress
