To strengthen our conference hotel, we are looking for a
Night Auditor (m/f/d)
to join our team in Newport, OR as soon as possible, either part-time or full-time.

The DRK Conference Hotel Münster is located in the south of Münster, in close proximity to Lake Aasee. The hotel offers 85 rooms in various categories, 10 modern conference rooms, the bistro "Henry" with 35 seats, a self-service restaurant with 120 seats, and a terrace with 50 seats. The DRK Conference Hotel Münster is an integration company, where people with and without disabilities work side by side.

Exciting job profile:

Reception duties & reservation handling
Preparation of daily shifts
Maintaining order and cleanliness at the reception & in the hotel lobby
Security rounds in the hotel and on the DRK campus
Taking action in case of alarm from technical facilities

We expect:

Excellent manners and communication skills
Assertiveness, selfconfidence, and a sense of responsibility
Serviceoriented work style
Good German and preferably English skills
Calmness and composure
Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of Oracle Fidelio Suite8 is an advantage
Night shifts (10:00 pm 6:30 am) and working on weekends & holidays may be required
