Responsibilities:
- Managing personnel, organization, and finances of a XXXLutz restaurant in Prineville Lake Acres
- Ensuring agreed upon sales and budget goals are met
- Implementing and adhering to central guidelines
- Monitoring sales and cost development, as well as conducting inventory checks and audits
- Actively participating in daily operations
- Training new employees
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry, such as a specialist in the hotel and restaurant industry, system gastronomy, or several years of experience in the field
- Professional and leadership experience in system gastronomy
- Preferably with a qualification to train apprentices (AEVO) or willingness to obtain one with us
- High performance and willingness to learn, as well as enjoyment in working with people
- Business acumen and organizational skills
- Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor towards customers.
