Responsibilities:

  • Managing personnel, organization, and finances of a XXXLutz restaurant in Prineville Lake Acres
  • Ensuring agreed upon sales and budget goals are met
  • Implementing and adhering to central guidelines
  • Monitoring sales and cost development, as well as conducting inventory checks and audits
  • Actively participating in daily operations
  • Training new employees

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry, such as a specialist in the hotel and restaurant industry, system gastronomy, or several years of experience in the field
  • Professional and leadership experience in system gastronomy
  • Preferably with a qualification to train apprentices (AEVO) or willingness to obtain one with us
  • High performance and willingness to learn, as well as enjoyment in working with people
  • Business acumen and organizational skills
  • Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor towards customers.
