For one of our major clients, we are currently looking foran employee in permanent employment who meets the following requirements:
Your tasks:
- Telephone support and user support for ITrelated questions regarding hardware and software
- Onsite support (replacement and installation of hardware and software)
- Preparation of IT equipment for internal events (e.g. video conferences, presentations, etc.)
- Error analysis and troubleshooting
- Support for internal data center relocations (MOVE)
- Creation of documentation for all requests according to relevant logging procedures
- Ensuring and adhering to SLAs in processes and policies
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or professional experience in IT support
- Solid knowledge in client support and confident handling of Windows 10 and MS Office 201
- Knowledge of network technologies corporate networks and VPN would be desirable
- Service and customeroriented working style complete your profile
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form

- Duration: permanent employment with the client
