For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for
an employee in permanent employment who meets the following requirements:


Your tasks:


  • Telephone support and user support for ITrelated questions regarding hardware and software
  • Onsite support (replacement and installation of hardware and software)
  • Preparation of IT equipment for internal events (e.g. video conferences, presentations, etc.)
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Support for internal data center relocations (MOVE)
  • Creation of documentation for all requests according to relevant logging procedures
  • Ensuring and adhering to SLAs in processes and policies

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or professional experience in IT support
  • Solid knowledge in client support and confident handling of Windows 10 and MS Office 201
  • Knowledge of network technologies corporate networks and VPN would be desirable
  • Service and customeroriented working style complete your profile
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form

  • Location: Dresden
  • Duration: permanent employment with the client
