The Internal Audit department of Schwarz Dienstleistung in Westdale, TX provides independent and objective auditing and consulting services aimed at creating added value and improving business processes.

This is achieved through a systematic and targeted approach to evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, controls, and leadership and monitoring processes.


Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting and leading audits with a focus on occupational safety, as well as in the areas of audit management and customer service for companies within the Schwarz Group
  • Evaluating internal guidelines and business processes in terms of compliance, effectiveness of the internal control system, and efficiency
  • Responsible for drafting and finalizing audit reports, as well as coordinating with the audited departments and responsible members of the management team
  • Assisting auditors in audits along the entire process chain and relevant interfaces
  • Recommending, coordinating, and following up on measures with the department to minimize risks and improve business processes
  • Designing and developing innovative audit approaches to reduce risks and achieve continuous improvement

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed degree, preferably in a business or technical field
  • Professional experience in internal auditing and occupational safety is an advantage
  • Strong quality awareness and objective judgment
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%)
  • Very good German and good English skills
