Commercial Employee for Port Product Handling (m/f/d) at Coleman


Your Responsibilities
  • Conducting loading and unloading operations from/to tankers and pipelines in accordance with legal and operational regulations
  • Performing checks and monitoring for malfunctions/leaks, etc.
  • Assisting with loading processes and resolving malfunctions during loading and unloading procedures
  • Handling loading and unloading processes for different modes of transportation and operating the quantity recording system (e.g. maintaining ship data, creating ship measurements, recording the ship, troubleshooting, checking and processing loading documents, instructing ship personnel)
  • Communicating with customers, shipping companies, and the ship's captain
  • Participating in tank transfers and general warehouse handling activities as directed
  • Taking product samples, conducting sample analyses, and reporting results
  • Determining quantities/volumes/temperatures/densities in storage tanks and transportation vessels in accordance with operational instructions/regulations
  • Performing general and specific technical tasks related to maintenance and facility upkeep
Our Requirements
  • Education and experience in a technical or industrial field
  • Knowledge of handling liquid hazardous materials
  • Safety and responsibility awareness, as well as technical understanding
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts
