Your role:

As a customer service representative, you are the heart of our business and the first point of contact between our customers and us.

You play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Your responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email and phone regarding orders, product details, and delivery information.
  • Resolving customer issues in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
  • Managing and updating customer data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with logistics and product management to address customer concerns.
  • Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and policies.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to empathize with customer needs and solve problems.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
