Summary:

Primary resource for the ad hoc service and routine maintenance of company hardware and systems. Works under the close direction of senior personnel and possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

May support installs or upgrades of software or devices, set up user profiles or reset passwords
PC software and hardware installations, configurations, upgrades with supervision
Preparation of user and technical documentation.
Adheres to IT standard work processes and suggests improvements to policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Education (required)

02 years practical experience
Completed Associates degree or certificate program in computer technology.
Strong customer service skills
