Practice Guides (m/f/d) to join our team at the Sächsisches Umschulungs- und Fortbildungswerk Dresden e.

V. (SUFW).

Since 1990, SUFW has been a recognized provider of career orientation, school social work and inclusion, vocational preparation, training and further education, activation, employment and placement measures, as well as migration social work.


We are currently looking for dedicated educational staff to work in the two-year vocational preparation program at vocational schools in Dresden.

The positions are full-time (40 hours per week).

Your responsibilities:


  • Collaboration with students without a general education degree
  • Support in obtaining a secondary school diploma
  • Identification of suitable apprenticeships and advising students on corresponding internship companies
  • Creation of individual application documents together with students and teachers
  • Preparation and support of company internships
  • Evaluation of developments and results, as well as adjustment of priorities and objectives
  • Support of students in developing and strengthening their strengths, skills and abilities
  • Documentation of student work

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training or degree
  • 2 years
