Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for you as a Lean Management and Process Optimization Employee (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Analyze existing processes to identify potential for improvement and develop optimization solutions, including guiding teams in the effective implementation of improvements
- Process support during the SAP release change from R3 to S/4HANA
- Lead KVP projects on the shop floor
- Teach Lean methods to shop floor teams
- Co-responsibility for planning, implementation, and execution of projects in production, logistics, and factory planning in all project phases
- Preparation, leadership, and execution of workshops and trainings
- Active management and continuous monitoring of ongoing improvement projects
Your qualifications
- Completed technical studies or degree as technician/master (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
- First experience in practical application of Lean methods, project management, and process optimization
- Analytical thinking, independent work, and hands-on mentality
- Social competence, strong communication skills, and flexibility
- Good MS Office and SAP R/3 knowledge required
