For our client, a top sports car manufacturer, we are currently looking for service advisors for a new location in the Rhein-Main area (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities as a service advisor (m/f/d)

  • Customer service and support
  • Consultation throughout the service process
  • Planning of service appointments and customer mobility
  • Appointment preparation and coordination with workshop management and parts department
  • Order preparation
  • Creating cost estimates
  • Maintenance of customer and vehicle data
  • Adherence to quality standards

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as a automotive mechatronics technician
  • Several years of professional experience as a service advisor
  • Indepth knowledge of business key figures
  • Ideally, further training as a certified service advisor (m/f/d)
  • Excellent manners and a wellgroomed appearance
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • High reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Independent, reliable, and dedicated work style
  • Basic PC skills
