Your tasks:

Leading, developing, and supporting the employees and trainees of the IT administration team at North Garden
Assisting employees in their professional and personal development
Developing, conceptualizing, and implementing IT and digitalization measures, as well as creating strategies, IT policies, and processes in close collaboration with the management team
Expanding the ISMS, ensuring the integrity and security of IT systems and data, and identifying potential security risks while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
Conducting IT assessments and analyses, as well as leading IT projects
Creating investment budgets and monitoring costs
Providing, developing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure, and optimizing it to increase process efficiency
Creating and implementing a futureoriented IT roadmap

Your profile:

A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, several years of professional experience in the IT field and experience in leading an IT team
Indepth knowledge of designing, building, and operating IT infrastructure, network security, and system integration
A goaloriented and structured approach, combined with strong social skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to think conceptually and across departments
Affinity for the latest technologies
Nativelevel German language skills and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
A high level of responsibility and initiative
