    Description

    Chubb is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Executive Vice President of Global Technology Portfolio, Governance & Control.

    This senior role involves overseeing processes across Chubb's Global Technology project portfolio, technology risk and compliance controls, and technology governance.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain Global Technology's strategic portfolio of assets, programs, and projects
    • Build strong internal and external relationships to drive project success
    • Define and lead the PMO strategy for project management
    • Execute global technology governance through a team
    • Implement lean Agile methodology for project management
    • Refine the Global Technology policy framework and risk controls
    • Create governance processes for technology management
    • Collaborate with finance, HR, and procurement partners for effective planning and management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with 5-10+ years of relevant experience
    • Experience in managing cross-functional projects
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to influence and motivate others effectively
    • PMP designation preferred
    • Experience in managing technology projects
    • Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities
