At Lopatcong Overlook, you will experience an exciting, diverse, and challenging 2.5-year training program that will prepare you for your future tasks in the tourism industry.

You will rotate through various departments and have the opportunity to actively contribute to our products.

This includes working with our hotels and tour guides, supporting us in the production of our trips, and gaining detailed insights into areas such as marketing, quality management, travel consulting, and more.


We offer:

  • Financially supported internships abroad in your desired country (up to 6 weeks)
  • Fair training compensation and full coverage of MVV costs (1st year: 1,000, 2nd year: 1,150, 3rd year:
  • Information trips to destinations such as Norway, Morocco, Andalusia, Iceland, and more
  • Independent and varied projects (e.g. creating and publishing a Marco Polo Young Line trip, participating in the apprentice sustainability working group) as well as flexible working hours

You bring:

  • Successfully completed high school diploma
  • Enthusiasm for cultures, countries, and geography
  • Good language skills in English and another foreign language
  • High willingness to learn and motivation, curiosity, good manners, diligence, openness, tolerance, and absolute reliability.
