Your tasks and responsibilities

Processing of appeals and objections procedures according to the AO or SGG, including related tasks (e.g. suspension of enforcement)
Providing legal advice on complex issues

As a prerequisite, you bring
A university degree, for example in law, or a comparable qualification (also possible with the first state examination)

Alternatively, at least three years of professional experience with tasks and requirements comparable to the advertised position, as well as (subject-specific) higher education entrance qualification, technical college entrance qualification or a completed vocational training (ideally in the field of law or administration).
