Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) Start-up & Energy Management

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Planning, organizing, and managing projects in the areas of startup and energy management in technical building management

Tasks:

Start-up (implementation) of new and existing properties:

  • Analyzing contracts to define requirements, procedures, interfaces, etc.
  • Comparing technical systems in the property to customer specifications
  • Reviewing property documentation (maintenance, safety, and security protocols, system documentation, etc.)
  • Identifying deficiencies in systems, including photo documentation
  • Preparing emergency organization (emergency folder, processes, etc.)
  • Preparing documents for operational management: reporting, maintenance and inspection plans, training requirements, etc.
  • Reversing orders in case of contract loss

Energy management:

  • Conducting surveys to determine energysaving potential, including report writing
  • Recording energy parameters in the property
  • Calculating potential
