Description

For the further expansion of our Controlling department in our central services division, we are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time at our location in Neumünster as soon as possible.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Creation of calculations, actual-to-target comparisons, profitability calculations, ad-hoc evaluations;
  • Management of third-party funding;
  • Support in the development of key figures in the business areas of social work, nursing, family and work, and education;
  • Support in the annual financial planning;
  • Support in the further development of cost accounting.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, business processes, and planning;
  • First professional experience and good knowledge in the above-mentioned areas, preferably in a social economy company;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent Excel skills and IT affinity;
  • Teamwork.
