As a System Administrator Monitoring (Core Admin) at Kentland, you will play a key role in our team. Your main responsibility will be to design and optimize our monitoring platforms to ensure uninterrupted performance. Working closely with different departments, you will develop tailored monitoring concepts that address both current and future requirements. Your expertise will help us continuously improve the reliability of our services and provide our customers with the security they need for their critical applications.

As a System Administrator Monitoring, you will:

  • Manage and develop the Icinga monitoring platform (OnPrem, Public-/Private-Cloud).
  • Develop monitoring concepts (basic/application monitoring) and plugins in coordination with departments and clients, and implement them.
  • Plan the operation of monitoring tools, put them into operation, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Share responsibility for monitoring and reporting on the deployed software solutions.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
  • In the future, your responsibilities may also include solutions such as Dynatrace, DataDog, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.
