Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in the YouTube ecosystem and media/marketing landscape.
  • Experience buying, selling, or executing sponsorships in TV or digital video.
  • Experience in crossfunctional collaboration or influencing partners.
  • Experience leading and executing compelling sales pitches using the ability to distill information for clients.
  • Experience in fullcycle project or program management such as organization, strategy, execution, implementation, and followup.
  • Knowledge of the buying requirements and timelines associated with the US television upfront.

The US Agency Video Team negotiates and activates YouTube Upfront commitments that video annual video ambition goals across Google's clients.


As the Sponsorship Program Lead, you will scope, build, and execute scaled sponsorship that meet both internal needs and the needs of advertisers.

You will be responsible to develop new and existing programs with cross-functional work with Content, Marketing, Ad Operations, Legal, Ad Sales, and Products seeing them from ideation to execution.


Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $114,000$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:


  • Scope, build, and execute sponsorships while balancing the needs of both internal stakeholders as well as Google's clients.
  • Identify impactful business positioning/narrative to both promote and renew the business of YouTube's sponsorships. Develop internal crossfunctional relationships that can be leveraged in sponsorship development.
  • Identify and solve client problems by balancing Google capabilities with their needs.
  • Manage crossfunctional workgroups leveraging available support resources including Content, Marketing, Ad Operations, Legal, Ad Sales, and Product.
  • Support TV upfront landscape, YouTube video advertising, and sponsorships.
