Job Duties

Under general direction of the Unit Manager (Housing and Community Development Manager I), the incumbent independently performs the more responsible, complex, and varied day-to-day activities associated with grant and loan closing including analysis of financing documents and preparation of grant and loan closing documents functions which include the more responsible, varied, and technically difficult, developmental, or analytical assignments.

Possession of excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to deal effectively with governmental agencies and private sector organizations.
Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate or oversee the implementation of policies and programs.
Ability to learn a program in a short period of time, and in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience in Housing and/or Real Estate Finance
Experience in Financial Analysis
Experience with Real Estate Loan Documents
Experience with the process of Loan Closing
