We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the earliest possible start date:

Your responsibilities
***- Building reliable relationships with children
Supporting the development of children of different age groups within the educational, care, and educational mandate of the facility
Designing and documenting pedagogical work, as well as conducting observations
Continuously developing the pedagogical work based on children's rights and professional standards
Collaborating with the team, parents, schools, and other institutions in accordance with the AWO's mission

Your profile
***- Completed training as a state-recognized educator or equivalent
Experience in pedagogical work with children of different age groups
Proficiency in using methods and tools for observation
Identification with AWO values and children's rights
Strong communication skills, respectful behavior, and a team-oriented personality
Conceptual and organizational abilities, as well as an innovative mindset
Quick comprehension and openness to new ideas
Driver's license and own vehicle
