With the increasing number of electric vehicles, there is a growing need for information on how to safely and quickly charge them.

We are looking for smart, enthusiastic customer service representatives (m/f/d) to join our friendly support team.

The drivers of electric vehicles are at the center of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who ensures they receive the best possible service, whether they contact us by phone, email, Twitter, or even live chat.

The support team has their finger on the pulse of the market, so we need people who are willing to work with customers to gather feedback and engage in regular discussions on how things can be improved.

The ideal candidate (m/f/d) for this job has/is:

• Experience in customer service (e.g. retail/support)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Impeccable written communication skills
• Fully customeroriented
• Able to handle stress well
• Tech or computer savvy
• Eager to learn and interested in improving processes
