Your future responsibilities:


  • Costoptimized scheduling of our personnel
  • Coordination and assignment of personnel to predetermined assignments
  • Monitoring of work start and end times
  • Correspondence with customers and personnel on assignments

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training with experience in personnel coordination or a comparable education
  • Solid knowledge of freight forwarding/dispatching software preferred
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Organized and forwardthinking mindset
  • Teamwork, flexibility in tasks, and willingness to work
